I met you and was introduced to Figg Studio through Facebook. I do know I fell in love with both the store and with you. As far as having knowledge and sharing it. I have learned so much from you. You have the patience of Jobe with my hundred questions. No matter what I need if you don’t have it you get it and to me that is customer service so many stores does not have. It’s all in your willingness to go the extra mile for your customers and I have been able to meet so many of your family members and I know where you get it from. You are so blessed to have them and we are blessed to have you!
What a joy it was to visit your lovely shop in Columbus while on vacation last month, I persuaded my husband to drive over 50 miles off our course to get your adorable Row by Row pattern. I was so disappointed to find see your sign that you would be open the following day. But I called and you were so willing to open your shop for me on your day off 🙂 so I could shop….thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I live in Saltillo, north of Tupelo. Found you shop while on a Row by Row “road trip”. Kathy Pizza, Heirlooms Forever in Tupelo, told me about your shop. As a work of encouragement, I remember when Heirlooms first opened, all they had was some smocking plates, supplies, and probably only twenty bolts of fabric. I did not smock, wondered how they would ever stay in business!!

I heard that there was a new shop opening close by in New Hope. I found you on FB and followed your journey adding shelves, watching as the fabric started arriving, etc. Can’t believe that was 4 years ago!! How time flies. I’ve enjoyed watching you grow and love what you are doing.

I found your store by accident one day when I was making a Home Health visit (I’m an RN) and went home and looked it up on line that night. I found fabric that I had been looking for at a wonderful price! I e-mailed my order to you and the rest is history. I have handed out your business cards at my guild mtg. In Starkville. Your customer service is excellent !

I have not had the oporttunity to meet you yet or to come to your Quilt Store, but certaily heard a lot about you and your store, and was all good, I might add. I do plan to come to your fabulous shop as soon as I can get around to it, or possibly just make the time to do it. Really proud to have your shop in Columbus, although I live in Alabama, we come to Columbus to shop a lot, but you are normally closed. Just stay put, I will be there sooner or later. You are still the closest Quilt Shop around here.

Sara, I love your shop! I bought the material for my first king quilt and it now is on my bed. Just finished my Fall quilt by shopping with you again. You have good taste in fabrics. I have made bibs, burp clothes, baby jumpers, bought patterns and most of my supplies. Thank you for being there for all of us quilters and sewers.
